- Cloud-service providers that host our website, database, and send our transactional email on our behalf (Cloudflare and Resend). These operators process personal information under our instructions only.
- Professional advisors (such as our accountants and lawyers) where necessary for tax, audit, or legal compliance.
- Regulators and law-enforcement where we are legally compelled to disclose.
Some of these operators may store data outside South Africa. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected by laws comparable to POPIA, in line with §72 of POPIA.

We keep personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law:
- Order records: retained for at least 5 years to comply with the Tax Administration Act and VAT Act.
- Newsletter subscriber details: retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details.
- Contact-form messages: retained for up to 24 months unless an ongoing customer relationship exists.
- Server logs: typically retained for up to 90 days.

10. Direct marketing
We will only send you direct marketing if you have given us your consent, or where you are an existing customer and we are marketing similar goods to you, in line with §69 of POPIA and §45 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential operation (for example, remembering the items in your shopping cart) and aggregated analytics.
