Preparation
Mix contents of this packet with 250 ml (1 cup) of sour cream. To enhance flavour, refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Thin with milk if required, and enjoy the smooth and creamy taste!
Alternative
Combine contents of Smoked Ham & Cheese Instant Dip mix with 250g smooth Cream Cheese. If necessary thin with milk or cream. To enhance flavour cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Stir before serving. Tip: Low fat Dip: use low fat or fat free cream cheese or plain yoghurt.
Serving suggestions
Serve prepared dip mix with chips, crackers, fresh vegetables or as spread on bread. Helpful Hints: 1. Low Fat/Fat free Directions: Prepare as above and replace the sour cream with low fat or fat free cream cheese, cottage cheese or mayonnaise. 2. Easy Entertaining: Party dips are easy to make in advance. Prepare as above but double the portion: Mix contents of 2 packets with 500ml (2 cups) of Sour cream, serve with a variety of crackers, sliced vegetables and chips.
