Preparation
Mix contents of this packet with 250 ml (1 cup) of sour cream. To enhance flavour, refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Thin with milk if required, and enjoy the smooth and creamy taste!
Alternative
Combine contents of Sour Cream & Black Pepper Instant Dip mix with 1 Cup (250g) smooth Cream Cheese or 1 Cup (250 g) Creamy Mayonnaise. If necessary thin with milk or cream. To enhance flavour cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Stir before serving. Tip: Low fat Dip: use low fat or fat free cream cheese, plain yoghurt or low fat mayonnaise.
Serving suggestions
Serve prepared dip mix with chips, crackers, fresh vegetables or as spread on bread. Helpful Hints: 1. Low Fat/Fat free Directions: Prepare as above and replace the sour cream with low fat or fat free cream cheese, cottage cheese or mayonnaise. 2. Easy Entertaining: Party dips are easy to make in advance. Prepare as above but double the portion: Mix contents of 2 packets with 500ml (2 cups) of Sour cream, serve with a variety of crackers, sliced vegetables and chips.
