Description
Cubbs Prawn Cocktail party dip — made fresh in South Africa since 1993. Cubbs Prawn Cocktail dip mix — just add cream cheese/sour cream for a fresh, creamy party dip in minutes.
Preparation
DIRECTIONS: 1. Combine contents of Prawn Cocktail Instant Dip mix with 250g smooth Cream Cheese or 250 ml Sour Cream. Mix well. 2. If necessary, thin with 2 x tspn milk or cream. 3. To enhance flavour, cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Stir before serving. Tip: For a lower fat version use low fat or fat free cream cheese or plain yoghurt.

Serving suggestions
1) Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables. 2) Shrimp spread: Combine contents of Prawn Cocktail Dip Mix with 250g smooth Cream Cheese, 1 can shrimps (190 g)(drained and finely chopped), and 2 x tspn milk. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve with assorted crackers. 3) Tuna & Mayonnaise Salad: Combine contents of Prawn Cocktail Dip mix with 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 tin tuna (flaked) and 2 tspns milk. Garnish with lettuce and tomato.
