Cubbs Spicy Guacamole

A creamy, mildly spicy guac — just one ripe avocado and a Cubbs Guacamole sachet. Ready in 5 minutes.

Sometimes the simplest version is the best. Mash, mix, eat.

You’ll need

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1 sachet Cubbs Party Dip — Guacamole (Spicy) (15g)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 small handful fresh coriander, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or 50 g cream cheese (optional, for a creamier finish)

Method

  1. Halve and scoop the avocado into a bowl. Mash with a fork to your preferred texture — chunky for tacos, smooth for chips.
  2. Stir in the Cubbs sachet and the lime juice. Mix well.
  3. Add cream (sour cream or cream cheese) if you want a smoother, milder result — or leave it out for a fresher, sharper guac.
  4. Stir through coriander and serve immediately, with corn chips, on toast, or alongside grilled chicken.

Tips

  • The lime juice keeps the avocado from going brown — don’t skip it even if you’re serving in 5 minutes.
  • Pressing a piece of cling film directly onto the surface of leftover guac and refrigerating keeps it green for a day.
